When do I earn commission?
When the referral meets the qualifying criteria set by Tswelelang. Commission is earned on qualifying referrals in accordance with Tswelelang’s marketer terms and applicable commission structure.
Do I get paid merely for giving someone a telephone number?
No. A referral does not automatically qualify for commission. The referred client must meet the applicable requirements and the matter must reach the qualifying stage determined by Tswelelang.
Can anyone become a marketer?
Applications are reviewed by Tswelelang. All applications remain subject to approval.
Do I need previous marketing experience?
Not necessarily, subject to Tswelelang’s selection criteria.
Can I market on social media?
Yes, but only using accurate, approved information and subject to the marketer rules.
Can I make my own advertisements?
Only if they comply with Tswelelang’s brand and marketer rules. Prefer approved marketing material.
May I promise a client that Tswelelang will approve their application?
No. Eligibility and suitability are assessed by Tswelelang.
May I give legal or financial advice?
Not merely because you are a marketer. Tswelelang handles the professional service.
How are referrals tracked?
Approved referrals are associated with the marketer’s unique marketer code. Do not share other people’s information without permission.
Can two marketers claim the same person?
Duplicate referrals are timestamped. As a rule, the first valid referral of a genuine prospective client is considered, subject to the marketer terms.
Can Tswelelang remove a marketer?
Yes, subject to the marketer terms, particularly for misconduct, misleading advertising, fraud or abuse.
